Fixtures, switches, plug swaps, insulation, reasonable landscaping/ tree mgt. 

I've had used ones before, but received too many calls about issues so I just swapped them. 

@Mike Carpenter  What you are talking about is home swap and there are a number of home swap sites including homeexchange , lovehomeswap, 9flat, and some smaller ones.

You are swapping one mortgage for another (or adding one to the paid off rental). 

Aloha,Typical 3 - 5 yard dumpsters with one or two flimsy hinged lids can usually be swapped out for one with a locking bar on it to place a padlock.
