The student housing community I worked for required all tenants to have a minimum of 100K liability and you'd be surprised at how many times we had to use their policy for some sort of damage to the property (i.e. flooding, fires, etc.).As far as rent payments, I would recommend using Venmo.

@Jason Wright You can get a loan with short employment history if you are in guidelines like you was full time student or working part time and now full time from last 6 month.  

So there's plenty of students that need places to live and jobs in the area. 

I thought their  mastery student program was BS for $20,000 but my local REIA’s president has a inner circle program she was pitching for $24,000!!!

Yes there are some shady wholesalers out there just like there are dishonest people in any field or profession.

We have about 50k in debt. 85% student loans, the rest is auto.
