Age or sex should not be a primary criteria, but I would suggest that you find somebody that has done many deals, like the type you want to do, and also find somebody who is just starting out so you can hear about the pain and sacrifice. 

Unfortunately, sex and fear sell...I think this is a huge lesson that we are global people.
