I was Riding my bike today and noticed a bunch of plots of land for sale.

That's a long ride back on a Sunday, if the guests are driving.

Then for the 10 seconds I'm actually riding the wave, I'm completely in the moment and all my senses are firing as I ride the energy of the swell.If I could stay in the water forever I would, however I believe that God has given me certain talents and capabilities which I have the responsibility to use to make the world a better place.

If you buy at a decent cap rate and don't over-lever the deal, you should be able to ride it out.  

Or better yet, I'll bring the lunch and ride along with him for a "day in the life of".  

I won't let this keep me down I have come a long way and have a lot riding on me.

Do you want to be close to public transportation, do you need parking, do you want to walk to restaurants, entertainment, or take a short cab ride...?  

now I just need matt to teach me to ride those paddle boards.. but all in all its all good we have a great time we are there 3 to 4 times a year.. can't beat Hawaii..

However, I get the feeling that you are going to be in over your head and will not be able to anticipate well enough or adequately plan for the roller coaster ride you're about to climb into.

I definitely look at properties when I'm riding and I'm also listening to BP podcasts when I'm riding too.
