Listened to a podcast for agents and BPO's was one of the take away points I got out of it for supplemental income.Sure it's not big money but $50 a pop is handy for the gas. 

There are many paid search sites that will pop up.

Yes they are, but still there are smaller mom & pop management companies that are equipped to handle these areas.

Instead of just typing the persons name type @ and then their name...and at the bottom of the reply box a list of names will pop up for you to choose.  

Any advice on who to call next, or do I just need to wait for a real estate sign to pop up?
