Im sure the west coast BP community can appreciate the fact Cleveland is situated on one of the worlds largest fresh bodies of water on the planet.  

Frankly they are better at mortgages than anyone on this planet.  

Some of the best turnkeys companies on the planet are bp members. 

Bill, Cali might be a more normal market if there was not every Tom Dick and Harry from the entire planet trying to buy here.

So as I sit here in my hotel room enjoying a little staycation with my wife and away from the 3 kids, I think to myself "who is the bozo that is building a 63 floor tower blocking everyone's view of the greatest skyline on the planet?"  

Wow.............not only looks like a different house but a whole new planet. 

A lot of people think they're killing it; sometimes success is the worst teacher.I don't know what flipping life is like outside of Seattle, but I feel like I'm taking a "grass is greener on the other side" approach.  

My brotha' rented out his house in our town of Encinitas, CA (the best beach town on the planet mind you) with 180 degree ocean views. 

I don’t think rent increases have matched property price increases in any country in the history of the planet.

The beauty of real estate is a lot of strategies work and often times the grass isn't always greener if you think the strategy will save you alone and not the work you put in to make the strategy work.
