I would like to get a quote as well for carpet replacement, 3 floors of stairs and landings to include entrances. 

I use a Ring spot light camera, should be enough unless your property has multiple entrances or sits empty often. 

Basement in-law suite built with a front entrance added.

I will also have my own entrance to the basement from the back of the house.  

So realistically 6 floors of 3100 sqf each + 1152 for entrance stairs and surroundings.
