In retrospect, Bill was right to question the OP...Turns out he came to BP to promote some eBook he had written, and when he got about as many customers as he thought he was going to get (after about 12 posts), he stopped contributing...In other words, in my opinion, he was more interested in using people here than helping them...

Then I realize that this is the 21st century and I have YouTube and BiggerPockets that can teach me to SELL HOUSES also the person that said it was trying to sale his ebook.

There is also a free E-book that BP puts out.  

The connections I'm making, along with all the knowledge I'm receiving through the webinars, podcasts, ebooks, forum posts, etc., etc. are helping me prepare myself and my family for great things in real estate investing.
