Definitely recommend getting into different meetup groups around and possibly joking the REIA. Brew City REI group is a great one on Facebook with lots of good events. Really the best education I ever get is from fellow investors. A 5-10 minute conversation with someone experienced can teach you a ton of things you didn't even know you were missing. Good luck!
