Hello, I am new to the area as well as real estate investing. I've been in and out of the industry for almost a year. I've started my own company and I'm ready for it to flourish. I'm still learning the market here and haven't had an opportunity to hit the pavement. I'm looking to start with wholesaling, and move to flips and rental properties. I would like advice, or better yet an experienced hard working mentor. I wouldn't mind joining in ventures and working together on a few projects. For now, I would like to know where should I start in Phoenix? How to find buyers? Where are the up and coming neighborhoods?
