If you are using a lender that holds all of its own loans your scenario would be a very clever trick I could definitely see be used.

Large master suite, wood look floors, two closets (one being a large walk in), tile master bath with granite counter tops, linen closet, large garden tub, spacious walk in shower.

Some cleaners provide a full service (i.e. maintenance, bring the towels/linens, shampoos, cleaning supplies, etc.), while others just bring their two hands.
