I am trying to connect with some local investors for networking purposes and for any questions that I may have because I'm sure I will need someone to bounce some off of every now and then .

A personal check could bounce, so never accept those on lease-signing day.Common sense is great, but you really need to know your local landlord laws.

There was a significant number where the person had deceased (reason for the bounce).
