I agree, it will come with knowledge and skills, not just RE skills, social skills, the skill of persuasion, analytical skills and intuition, that's really tough to teach.That's what a teacher is suppose to do, make the student think, if you can then great, making them think in the right direction is a real trick, especially in RE.I'm not going to hammer away at guru stuff in this thread, if people are interested in my opinions they aren't hard to find.

I'm reading Super Crunchers right now and you could try using analytics to see which would resonate better.

My wife started out the same way and for the longest time I kept forcing her to look at real estate the way I did (very analytical) which did not appeal to her. 

Hey in my experience its best to let a data analytic website do this research.

People in general can have limiting self beliefs in their own minds of how things are or what can be achieved.In commercial it Is more analytics and numbers.
