Anyone know how to find data of how many non-owner occupied homes are in a city such as Houston and how many of those types of homes are owned by non-local owners?

The only thing I can think of that may get you close is using a list broker to pull a list of non-owner occupied single family homes with a Houston address.

But if you are just looking for the statistics as opposed to getting an actual list, I am not sure if this is the best or cheapest source.
