It's imperative any turnkey buyer do their due diligence to ensure they are getting what is being advertised, but assuming that all checks out (which, it can), then they can be great deals.Putting blanket statements on things isn't usually very accurate or helpful.

@Nicole Heasley every sales process is different, so applying what I do to yours might not be accurate or effective, but here's an example:I don't ask the seller what they want for the property or let them know how much money I need to make early in the conversation.

If contractors advertise "Free estimates" they aren't very busy, and just because they charge for a scope/budget doesn't mean its accurate.

@James Masotti I'll start taking that approach because that actually more accurately aligns to my objectives and abilities.Yeah sure, simple concepts, but the mentality shift is what leads me to be able to phrase what I actually do vs what I've been inaccurately saying what I do (if that wordy sentence makes sense)
