Should I have an accurate rehab cost before I put in an offer?
1) how do I get an accurate rehab cost? Get a contractor to come with me when I see a property? What if it’s out of state?
2) Do I put in an offer and then bring in a contractor, and if I have to do that what if my rehab costs were wrong and now it’s not a good deal, can I get out of my offer?
