I watched a property go on the market then close and the closing price was around $2000.

I have been watching some webinars for the past few Wednesday's and there is a tremendous amount of knowledge. 

I'm a Minnesota Vikings fan and someday would like to visit the state and watch a live football game.

I watched a couple of Brandon's webinars with her and last night decided to join this group.

You are allowed to find a house and offer it up for sale on Craigslist, signs flyers, tv ads, internet sites etc.

For an example of what I'm talking about, this guy has some great videos showing him making actual phone calls to real motivated sellers: The tutorials, books and podcast are amazing, and if you guys have already done these kind of videos/blogs let me know... but I think videos/blogs chronicling every detail of real deals as they're in progress from start to finish that you guys are working on would be extremely educational.It would be so awesome to watch a series of videos/podcasts or a series of articles/blogs where Josh or Brandon are detailing every step of the process in a deal that they're currently working on.

If your not thinking the rental route, I have to say I personally received an excellent education buying and flipping my first property, did 80% of the work myself, watching youtube videos to learn how to tile along the way, etc.
