Usual Say B type will be in B or A areas, but C type are of ten in blue colour areas.This is not set in stone but C type properties typically built between 1950-1970s.B are 1980s-2000s and most A class building are recently built.C type do offer good value add opportunity, these C and B are my main focus.I hope that helps!
