The Pet policy was changed to 2 animals and with dogs, they needed to be under 50 pounds each.

Also, work your lists to target people who aren't being pounded by your competitors already, the lower hanging fruit.

We found out they used hoa fees to improve a pound on there lot.

if your flipping properties then yes WA will take its pound of flesh. if your buy and hold in Texas and say you live in CA..

you description is quite hard to follow here.and being a primary residence I think your way over thinking this unless your paying too much for the home or something and you want out.if you just want your pound of flesh from PM who you think is a crook this is simple go to the Oregon department of real estate website and file a complaint .. if they think there is an issue they will follow up.. probably will.but that's totally separate issue that's a license issue you have a home you want to own you have one you have sold.. and since you already knew it came with a tenant whats the beef..
