Dan,Generally, you can not comment about "protected classes" -- race, religion, gender, national origin, color or familial status.

I'm responsible for finding deals, negotiating them, performing due diligence and getting the rehab completed; she's responsible for picking the colors/finishings, marketing the properties, finding and dealing with buyers/agents, and then getting the sale to the closing table.

Of course, people normally say I look at life through a colored glass. 

Hit them at least 3-6 times and switch up your marketing piece: yellow letters, professional letters, zip letters, text postcards, full color postcards, greeting cards... all kinds of options.

Oh man ... too late for this suggestion, but next time around, if the tiles are in good shape and a quality install (which it sounds like given how difficult they were to remove), and the only problem is that they are just an ugly color, then just reglaze them in white along with the tub.
