If you're over 18 and engaged in activities with someone under 18, you could get slapped with the RSO tag for life.It isn't an absolute "No" for me, but I would certainly look closer at it before buying the property.

We have at any point about 10-12 (under contract to buy with earnest money paid that needs tracked, to under contract to sell, either wholesale or retail) projects, typically three or four in active rehab phase so there are a lot of receipts to track.

If you go take the test for your RE license and pass it, but don't have a broker yet, your license will immediately go into inactive status.Brokers have to pay for access to MLS.
