Custom Shirts With Logos

Can someone recommend a good company for making nice polo shirts with our logo on them? We are not trying to pinch pennies for the exercise and we want them to look nice to advertise our company.

Do people generally have to supply logo designs in a certain format for the designers or will any standard format do?

I just checked with zazzle.com and they support .jpg, .gif, .png and .tiff for their t-shirts that are printed. For embroidery they have to convert the image into a digitized format and there is an extra charge for this service.

For polo shirts, you'd definitely want embroidery.
