Im just ignorant of the fact about home materials and what need to be fixed in a home and estimating the cost AND how to do it.

However there are ones that choose to ignore it and you have to forcible remove.

I more or less ignore the seller's pricing here except in considering whether we might work a deal in point 2, since a house is worth what it's worth regardless of what the house is listed at. 2.

A particular bank might have less overlays to those guidelines but they can't ignore them.  

How most real estate investors totally ignore macro econ.  

In my experience, many contractors are either not familiar with all the regulations or they just ignore them.

As for the title of this post, I was going to include that I'm semi considering long beach as an area to invest in using the same strategy, but you can ignore the Long Beach reference, lets stick to the N Hollywood area please :)
