The property managers I've worked with tend to have prospects read through the qualifications and answer a few questions and then host a group showing once or twice per week.

Also, I host a monthly meetup in South Minneapolis that is a great place to meet like minded people and make some connections.

This, specifically, is to be applauded in my opinion:To encourage more landlords and property managers to participate in the HCV Program, HUD’s new Landlord Task Force will host a number of forums across the country to engage directly with housing providers, specifically those who do not participate in the voucher program.

@Jordan Moorhead is a local agent and investor, he also hosts a meetup. 

There are meet ups nearly every day in Hillsborough & Pinellas county hosted by either REIAs or other real estate related groups.

@Jonna Weber hosts an informal BP meetup nearly every quarter here in Boise.

They go to and sponsor many local REI events and host one of their own.

Based on my roof size I have enough space to host panels that will produce HALF of the electricity that I use in an average month.
