Hey Jason, Given your situation, it would likely be more beneficial to put the real estate investment in your wife's name since the rental income would then be reported on her tax return.

When everything is inflating, they can justify being part of that inflation and raise taxes consistently.  

Not sure how good the lists really are but my opinion is that it is worth the investment if your going to use it fully and consistently to run your business. 

They claim to speak with around 200 people per day (not an exact number, it varies from day to day, but this an average), and they upload reports/logs for me to review daily.
