the 4th bedroom is nice as it can be used as flex space: spare bedroom, office, playroom, etc.

Has anyone used a spare phone or mobile hotspot to provide wifi to a Simplisafe system to utilize the webcams? 

I get few spare time, and my wife will be licensed as realtor here in few months. 

My local partner and I can fund this personally with plenty of room to spare.

A long term flip is risky without cashflow I would have either rented out spare bedrooms or gotten something with at least one additional unit.
