Should I go for a big brokerage firm like: Keller Williams, Remax, Century 21?

Julie,I am a realtor with Century 21 serving the Indianapolis area. 

turn of the century land speculators... these properties have been turned over and over for 100 years or more.its the just the greater fool theory is all it is.. preying on those not so swift and a lot of foreigners.

Unless it is a desired last century brick craftsman or historic victorian folks in my opinion folks usually pay up for newer.

The house was built in 1900 and therefore has some issues that are to be expected from houses over a century old.

The full service brokers such as Century 21 will charge a much larger chunk as a percentage from your commissions and "train" you.

Einstein referred to it as, "...the greatest invention of the 20th century". 

Then I realize that this is the 21st century and I have YouTube and BiggerPockets that can teach me to SELL HOUSES also the person that said it was trying to sale his ebook.

Don't get to caught up on getting the deal of the century.

Just a shout out to see what everyone does when a seller has expectations that are just beyond the scope of reality.I've been getting sellers that feel their early 20th century, termite infested, never-been-updated, lead painted, 1/1, falling down, and in a war zone "structure" (I really hate to call it a house) is somehow worth $100K.How do you deal with sellers that just won't budge on their crazy expectations of value?
