Hey Guys, I'm working on flipping a 1.8m home in the Newberg Wine Country area. 

Maybe on that water feature, with an outside dining option.Farm fresh foods, with good wine and mixed drinks.It might be too small for that though.Just my 2 cents.

People come for golf, wine tasting, water sports, skiing etc.

Few ideas floating like order and sending filters at the property, automated email reminder. gift card or some way to reward them (bottle of wine or something) after few months say 6-8 months....After all it is in my interest to keep the property in good shape.

Hi Bradley,Maybe Nativity Scene figures in 3 sizes, 1 foot, 2 foot, and 3 foot--painted or customer paints...Camels, wise men, a wooden manger, etc...Individual pieces or a discount for a whole set (a set sale will net a lot more than a single sale quickly), maybe someone wants 20 camels for instance.Maybe, (if it's legal) Advertise on the highway with bandit signs....

I bought a house only a mother could love in a downtown neighborhood of Oklahoma City. 5 blocks away there is a "district" with clothing boutiques, trendy restaurants, breweries, and wine bars.

But you could do a champagne or wine bottle....

All your competitors will have the requisite photo of two glasses of wine on a balcony with a beach sunset in the background, so that's not going to be an asset for you :) Also, spend the time to read alllllll the reviews for allllll the other units in the building.
