Wed like to start looking and buy something during the fall winter so we can remodel and have it ready for the summer rental season and see we can visit as well.

This property definitely has great potential and multiple revenue streams with it offering wedding services, family reunions etc but in talking with the agent it seems it hasn't been managed well over the last few years and needs someone to come in and breathe new life back into the property.

There is also a great Meetup every 2nd Weds of the month (yes, there is one tomorrow) in the Columbia, MD area.

Large groups would come through as a stopping point, corporate stays for longer-terms, and many family members would use it as they come through for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, holidays, etc.

I hired a young couple to live with her, cook, clean make sure she takes meds, walk her to ballroom dance club wed and fri, to the chicken beach to swim, to the little home made ice cream shop ... all good until covid. 

IRENA =RUBY, Guadalupe = Saphire, Diamond = next etc...to the point one gal married a guy named Carson...guess what they got for a wedding present.

San Miguel de Allende is really nice if you go when they are hosting the right number of weddings.
