Super excited that I was able to help my brother and friend, Pace Morby, to get one of his properties rented to a family that needed a temporary place to stay while their home is being repaired.  Working on several more!

The best part is the service I am able to provide by connecting opportunities for these families that need housing.  

When I started investing in real estate back in 2020, I literally knew nothing.  All I knew was that I lived in corporate housing when I used to travel and had both good and bad experiences.  I only wanted to find a way to provide a massive level of service to people.

I have found such a love for MTR/Extended Stay rentals because of all the people I am able to serve.

And yes, I call Pace my brother.  He was a guest at my wedding in Aug 2023!

I helped at 3 other investors get properties rented in the last week.
