I had Lowes quote and it was over $1000 per door installed for basic steel door.

So far, I am thinking it would be good to have:Stainless steel tub interior (supposed to be more durable)Hard food disposer  (to minimize potential repair calls in case they aren’t so good at scraping their plates)Sensor wash (for ease of use, so they don’t complain the thing doesn’t wash thoroughly if they are bad at picking the right setting)In particular, has anyone bought a dishwasher recently & could make a recommendation?

Great opportunity to get a steel on well built homes but not sure when it will rebound but when it does it will explode.

The inspector is saying that the main beam should be steel not wood, however in my experience this is just inspector's calling out unnecessary stuff...pressurized wood is highly used from what i've seen.If a buyer has an issue with that, i'll add two lally columns...excellent suggestion.Thank you!
