RE is so tax advantaged as is, why eat into your legal tax shelter.

As you get further away from standard real estate practice, the risk is increased by a “legal” risk that your protection may be interpreted quite differently than you expect by a court and that the subtleties of the protection a mortgage or trust deed document provide with established law and court decisions handed down for (in the U.S.) 250+ years is not existent. 

Any help in knowing what is legal and not is greatly appreciated!

We explained to her she could find someone to sub-lease with our approval but one way or another she was on the hook for rental payments through the end of her lease and she seemed unaffected by potential legal action if a suitable sublease was not found.Anyone have any advice on this situation?  

It's almost funny that Sief is now running 'TechVestor' after defrauding us and there hasnt been any legal action against him (we tried, trust me).

But here's the real low down - as much as I or anyone else on this forum knows about title, we aren't legal experts and if we were we don't have all the facts necessary to render an informed opinion.
