@Sean Edgar Thanks for your input, will def look for those leads, and Property Radar doesn't work for FL, I tried and even enrolled then had to ask for refund, they say they are thinking of expanding so lets see..

The one weak point for tech would be that the Big 12 (a huge selling point for the school) is dying so they may not be a part of a major athletic conference after 2025, and that could hurt enrollment
