What should my next step in my career be?
Im 18 years old and I've been out of high school for approximately 2 months. Real estate has always been my first interest in life and this is truly what I love to do in my past time. I've managed to secure a full-time unpaid internship at a very high end luxury real estate company in my area and I couldn't be happier with the place I've landed. I've been with the company for about two weeks and all it seems to be is a bunch of b**ch work and a lot of reports on the local market, which in my case is perfectly fine because im young and just happy to be surrounded by others that share the same passion as me. With that being said im not sure where to go with my next move. After this internship should I become an agents assistant to get a better feel for the business? Should I just start looking for local teams to join? or Should I start looking for a second internship?
P.S. I am enrolled in college and currently taking a course to receive my license in FL

Doing the grunt work is a great way to learn the business. You need to see if you like residential, commercial, or property management. An agents assistant is a great way to learn the ropes and see where you fit best.
Good job getting out there and learning.
