I would agree that buying from stolen credit card rings is just supporting crime itself, nothing wrong with buying them online, but the fact that if you don't use them after 100 days will have a tendency that they will "spoil", gives me a hint that they come from stolen credit cards.

Some good sources of advice are to find a local real estate group, biggerpockets.com ofcourse, general internet searches, and believe it or not there are some honest Real Estate Agents (hint hint :-)

A big hint I can give you...If you find a tenant who is young with lots of kids and no job,...usually the house get wrecked, boyfriends are over constantly and it is just a bad scene.
