You never know when someone's situation might change and they decide to sell.A good CRM is something to look into for managing your leads, notes, and having a schedule to mail.

The new closing date has not been scheduled other than it is likely to happen in the next 10 days.

Are there any recommendations for contractors/builders that could provide an estimate/schedule and/or material list for similar work done.

Give them 30 days.Once the treatment is scheduled, tell them when it will be happening (provide at least 72 hrs written notice).  

Suggest using a Realtor to find deals and provide access for walk-throughs on your schedule. 

I was hoping that I could do something with a flexible schedule.  

Put a 5 day notice on the door you can get the verbiage from the magistrate's office @ end of 5 days go back to the magistrate fill 10 day notice (police will serve this one $40 in Cherokee County)  @ end of 10 day back to magistrate's office file 24hr ($10) notice police will file again at the end of 24hr schedule Police officer to meet you at the house you will have to move all their things to the curb/end of the drive you can change the locks @ that point.
