True, the banks DO have trillions of dollars lying around but they aren't lending it because they can make risk free money by buying treasuries from the Fed at lower interest rates.

It's a surefire way to show something in the 'Burgh you aren't serious about the city.  

You either resign yourself to the fact that they aren't going to pay, which in my opinion, is theft.

These are smaller spots that have a mailing address in a municipality (like Clearwater), but aren't technically inside the city boundaries so they default to the County.The tough part would be the 10 minutes max from the beach.

It seems many aren't interested in small tasks, because most don't even respond to inquiries. 

If you aren't using it personally because you come to Disney alot and like the resort for your lifestyle, its hard to justify the expenses/assessments. 

The subdivisions are specifically zoned to allow STRs or they aren't.  

An investor knows that some things are worth fixing and some aren't.

And if there aren't any comps, then no value might be something that occurs.
