I love the job just not the hours, travel, politics or satisfaction from completing the job.It could not have been said better, why wait to live your life.Freedom is my why.  

Sure you can buy a 100K office building but is it a place where your existing patients will drive to?

If you have the time and patients to weed through crews until you find the good ones and know what they are capable of, then you will save some money but will be spending time getting to the point that you can send who, to do what you need, and know that it will be done right.

That said, I'd be open to helping another BP'er to develop the portfolio more, as long as they're patient and willing to provide some before/after if they move forward building the project. 

I can't speak intelligently about the market in Southen Oregon but if you look around and are patient you can find the right property for you.

The could go all the way to court house auction and NEVER close on the S.S. so you need to be extremely patient.

As any typical 20 year old I don't like to be told what to do throughout the day, I want to have control over the money I make and have the satisfaction of knowing "I did that".

Just be patient and consistent at what you do.
