Just like a normal turn over all that was really involved was a quick refresh of the apartment a light cleaning and that's it.

Normally plenty of bidders there with plenty of cash if it is a decent property. 

The x-tenant managed to move again and get a new car just this spring, so no motivation to pay us since it's apparently not crimping their style.

Going into a house and finding clothing and all sorts of things strewn all about the house in piles on the floor often covered in filth seems to be a normal way of moving.
