I have no Idea how many couches and mattresses I have disposed of this year.

Do you have parents or siblings or friends who would support you through allowing you to live in a spare room, couch surf, whatever it takes to get you to your goal.

I am under contract on a unit and when I went in for the inspection, the current tenant was sitting on the couch smoking cigarettes inside, as if he has been doing it for years.My question is, in trying to determine if I should buy this unit or not, how hard is removing smoke odor from a unit; meaning the carpet, paint. etc.

I'd rather put money in municipal bonds and sit on a couch 

They moved in with a broken washing machine that they set out on the back porch and left that behind along with a broken window air conditioner, a freezer they unplugged but left half filled with rotted meat, bags of mismatched shoes, broken furniture, childrens clothes, christmas ornaments, soggy bedding, rotting mattresses, more dirty diapers and, ironically, unused condoms.IF you can get a Section 8 tenant who can manage NOT to have a boyfriend/girlfriend/"fiance"/brother/sister/aunt/uncle/cousin/cousins children/babydaddy/babymomma/grandchildren come live with them because they've been evicted/kicked off someones couch/basement and have no place else to shack up you might have a chance to keep your rental unit in decent shape under this program.

If you go against her advice, every little hiccup could result in you sleeping on the couch and walking on eggshells.Hold on, wait for a property you are both happy with.

Needs: couches, bedding, kitchenware (plates, silverware, etc), desks, dining tables, dressers, etc.Mahalo!

We came back from very long trip and then found my apartmnet was flooded , they drilled holes in ceilings to drain apartment above us , holes everywhere on our ceilings, made our rooms flooded, furniture damage kitchen appliance, filthy water everywhere mattresses, clothing in stores wet,  please tell me what to do next.....very rude management, big machined dehumidifiers everhwhere, we were shocked , above all they didnt even informed us befor throwing my rugs in my patiopm couches in kitnchen....broke my couch, t.v stand , cbale wires all aound......and when we got into office, they say , hey why you guys are here is everything o.k....Manager didnt know anything.....o.m.g.....we have 3 kids......such a terrible incident, everything is ruined, water got into everything...they are not letting us get out of lease, thinking to get a lawyer, how to get claim done...should i sui them...please advice...thankyou
