It was a great hobby she enjoyed immensely in her later years .

The margins are good and my turnover has been nearly 0--even the few people who have eventually moved to get their own place or changed jobs have helped immensely with filling their vacancies or doing me a favor such as moving out 8-10 days early but handing me over a show-ready rental.

I was able to improve the water view on the improved site immensely, from about a 25 degree view to about 55 degrees.

I also think, at her average rent amount, the long term maintenance/cap ex will reduce her cash flow immensely and that her long term cash flow outlook is not nearly what she expects.She has done exceptional starting with very little and acquiring $0.5M of assets. 

As a 43 year old South African I see our beautiful country as a mixture of 1st and 3rd world.

Naming myself as the sole signature needed would speed up the process immensely. 

It would be great to get some inputs from fellow investors who have recent success in finding STR in this crazy market and would help immensely if you could share the experience as  well. 

I appreciated checking out different neighborhoods and getting a sense of rents, idiosyncrasies of Cleveland housing, and meeting people who work and live there and have been supporting me immensely as partners.
