LLC Operating Agreement

Evening:

I am formulating on operations agreement for our first REI deal. The commercial lender needs an operations agreement. Long story short, any clues as to how to write up the agreement that allows me to be the sole signature needed for purchases? The LLC consists of my wife and I, plus my sister and brother-in-law who live in England. Naming myself as the sole signature needed would speed up the process immensely. Any verbiage that someone is familiar with? I was able to find a pretty standard operating agreement template for FL online. Nothing about assigning duties such as this though. There is a section titled "Management of the Company" which seems like the main section to add this addendum. Much appreciated for any and all assistance.

A partnership LLC such as you describe is definitely not a do-it-yourself endeavor. Please get an attorney to help you. It may save your relationship with your sister.

There are many more concerns than just having an entity and being able to sign that you and your partners should be discussing with qualified counsel.
