Then house hack a 4 plex to start I am sure you can get into one of those in that market which is lower priced than 90% of the US.

As I was priced out of the area, I decided to look at other towns in Pennsylvania.I bought a home in late October in Luzerne County for $83,500 and decided to manage on my own for the first time. 

The price points do make it hard to cash flow even with the lower interest rate subject tos. 

Versium has a higher purchase price.  

With no mention of price, location, rent etc.....

Housing prices still went up a lot more than usual the past couple of years in Springfield, and even more so in the surrounding towns.
