I would imagine if someone put AI on BP as a Pro Account they would have over 100,000 posts and responses in one week and be the leading contributor.

I would imagine that a successful investor like the  OP is not looking to "add someone".

DTI and Credit scores are excellent and the property has been owned for more than one year.I realize that there is a "Find a Lender" function on this website, but I really don't want to be spammed with marketing emails.
