That said, finding cash flow can be difficult.

The problem that I'm thinking that we will run into is that water and electric will be difficult or impossible to have routed out there.

It's difficult to get to cash flow positive on investment properties here.

Lenders don't like giving loans to unproven entities, so, getting the loan is very difficult.

For instance, an apartment complex would provide good cashflow however, it would be quite difficult to sell in a timely manner if I needed the money.

My question is really about how difficult it is to get each tile level.  

Hey @Mario Cuartas glad you and your family are thinking creatively, that is definitely what it takes in this market to be successful.Unfortunately from my knowledge, this idea is much, much more difficult than you anticipate.

I personally like Kissimmee because it can be very lucrative but it can be a difficult market - you'd have to knock the design and amenities out of the park, because if you don't, there are thousands of rentals that do and you'll fall to the wayside.
