It's been my experience in life that there is always someone making a profit when everyone else seems to be losing, it's just a matter of being clever enough to figure out how to be that person.  

If you're clever enough here you can probably make a fortune.

I know that I will not be able to get to the house every time a customer comes or goes, so I will not be able to hand out keys, change linen, or clean the house.  

The collateral will barely cover the realty fees and taxes.I realize it's tempting to look at the loan history and what you perceive as cleverness and make all kinds of assumptions about the borrower's motives.

With the summertime and quick turnovers, it can sometimes be more than a single person can handle if they are doing multiple properties.Also, make sure your cleaners are willing to stock all goods needed so you can buy in bulk and keep them in an owners closet. 3 Broads & a Broom do this as well as buying me new linens or small things that need replacing!

Very clever @Myka Artis and I bet there aren't too many players in the game either.
