AirBnB in Columbia SC

Hello Everyone,

My name is Chad, and I currently live in Columbia, SC.  However, I will be moving to Georgia soon, and I'm thinking about turning my house in Columbia into an AirBnB property.  What's some of the things that I need to know, and services that I may need to consider using?  I know that I will not be able to get to the house every time a customer comes or goes, so I will not be able to hand out keys, change linen, or clean the house.  Do any of you know of any repeatable companies that handle things like this?
