I don't fault these REI data agregators they are struggling to find clean data sources that is affordable. 

The cleaning company policy was to stop and wait outside for law enforcement when they found drugs.

I had some cleaning up to do after the inspector assessed it.

Also, sometimes you hire uninsured people, e.g. a cleaning crew at the end, so having the insurance is rather justified at that point.For better or worse, if you can pay everybody with a credit card, you don't need to file 1099's..

Magically, LogicalPM took this property over, went inside, cleaned it up, took new photos, and had this Rented within a WEEK!

I would only do repairs, not upgrades for a tenant.Just make sure everything is clean and on good working order.

The only maintenance is to clean the filter three or four times a year.

And the R&D guys are clean and tend to have the most solid businesses.
