It has a mixture of smaller older homes, and bigger homes on land, not much retail, but hugs Celina which is booming retail, and the housing growth in Celina is mostly in the Prosper ISD, Light Farms, Mustang Lakes, Creek of Legacy, no homes under 300K in those developments.  

Right now the housing market in Portland is BOOMING.

Therefore, does anyone have any strategies as far as areas that are still low-buy, but will be part of the boom?

The taxes were paid 3 weeks ago by a debt collector called Carrington Home Solutions (who also winterized it and mowed the lawn).

Three new hospitals are being built in the area, development is booming.

Five headwinds that California coastal real estate is facing which never existed in any previous market: (1) Baby Boom retirement is creating more sellers than buyers. (2) The Fed's unprecedented regulation of interest rates through money printing and Treasury note buying is winding down. 

They will sell it off in short order to a collector who will begin tacking onto it.
