We live in a small town called Zillah in Washington wine country.  

If your agent invites Brokers with a some wine and cheese tray from your local HEB store, you will get a bunch of feedback, which could be used to sell your newest flip!

I was not there today-had to get my boat ready to go fishing tomorrow-but I did have dinner and a glass of wine ready when the lady got home!

CAZA at KW Kingstowne, Deals Meetup at National Harbor and there's a condo meetup at the end of the month at Total Wine and More to name a few.For your buy and holds, condos are about the only affordable place to be in Northern Virginia.

My commercial lender will go down to 50k for my clients, but they only do it because I send them volume and I always have to buy them a few bottles of wine for doing so. 

I brought them value first showed them what a great agent I was .. got them top dollar for property or got them a smoking deal on the buy... in other words build a foundation that will last you a lifetime like it has mine.. of course not all Wine and Roses but you get the drift.

Cheaper, not as stringent regulations as Astoria, wine country, Cornell, progressive feel, tourist destination, 3rd largest Airbnb city in NY.

There you are in your Panama Jack hat, smoking your puffy with your wine, the light of youth and optimism alive in your eyes.

A bottle of cheap wine also helps.
